Rachel is a freelance writer with 15+ years of professional experience. She is passionate about creating compelling content that engages and informs readers. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, Rachel is dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
As such, her words have been featured in national publications (digital + print) such as The Source Magazine, Complex, Ploughshares, GRAMMY.com, as well as other publications.
Additionally, Rachel is a freelance editor who specializes in nonfiction. She previously served as a deputy editor for a small media organization in
New York. Rachel's attention to detail ensures that your content is error-free and meets your
specific requirements.
In addition to being an experienced writer and editor, Rachel is also an educator who has taught a variety of undergraduate courses in ELA and art, as well as courses across PK-12th grade. She brings her love for reading and writing into the classroom, in hopes of inspiring the next generation of literary greats :)
Rachel also serves as a literary agent for Gold Dust Literary and is a current AALA member. As of right now, she is closed for submissions, but plans to be open later this year. Generally speaking, Rachel gravitates toward nonfiction, but is always on the hunt for diverse voices in new adult fiction.
